Yes, I have been lacking on my blog posts here. Ha, this is only my second. But I am going to post a recipe on this one. Hooray! And I've decided from here on out I'm just going to post the pictures and names of what I make, and then you can comment and request a recipe, and then I'll make a new post of the recipe. Its a lot easier for me that way. So, since I don't have a lot of time right now, I'm just going to give you a really easy recipe, Its for Guacamole. But it is super delicious Guacamole...

Guacamole
3 Tbsp Roma tomato, cut in 1/4" dice
1 Tbsp Cilantro, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp red onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic, mashed to a paste with 1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp jalapeno, minced
2 tsp lemon or lime juice
Pulp of 1 avocado, mashed with a fork

Mix it all together and season with additional, if necessary
